Responsibilities:

• Tracking trends in football, sports culture, and game development;

• Searching for and organising ideas — gathering references, building mood boards, and preparing presentations;

• Creating and testing skin card concepts within existing UI templates;

• Concepting and illustrating distinctive skin boxes;

• Designing “Team of the Month” cards that stand out;

• Designing and illustrating event symbols for team passes.

Skills and requirements:

• Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals;

• Well-developed sense of style and artistic taste;

• Awareness of current trends and the ability to adapt them within the project’s context;

• Ability to quickly visualise your own ideas and interpret others’ concepts into visuals;

• Strong communication skills and openness to constructive feedback;

• Confidence in explaining and defending your visual decisions;

• Basic understanding of football and sports culture;

• Ability to present your work clearly and demonstrate how it functions on target screens.

Nice to Have:

• Deeper knowledge of football and sports industry trends;

• Passion for football and an insider’s view of the game;

• Understanding of marketing fundamentals;

• Experience in game development;

• Skills in Motion Design;

• Experience working with 3D graphics;
