We are looking for a QA Lead to join our backend team for strengthening in terms of load testing.

Responsibilities:

• Developing a load testing strategy: identifying key areas at risk and planning tests to test them.

• Support for existing system based on Python+Locust+k8s

• Creating Load Scenarios

• Performing load testing: running tests, monitoring and analyzing results in real time.

• Analyze results: identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and other issues.

• Collaboration with development and DevOps teams: sharing test results and working together to optimize and improve the system.

• Support and improvement of tools and practices: selection, configuration and optimization of load testing tools.

• Documentation: creating reports on testing results, as well as developing recommendations for optimization.

• Mentoring and development of team members

• Building a process for conducting load tests with a constant cycle

Skills and requirements:

• Experience in organising and technical implementation of load testing projects for systems with microservice architecture for at least 3 years

• Knowledge of load testing tools

• Understanding the concept of microservices loosely coupled architecture

• Skills in collecting and forming a load profile from various sources, developing an NT strategy

• Knowledge of relevant programming language for implementing HT scripts

• Knowledge of technology stack or related technologies:

• GCP, Kubernates, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus, Protobuf, Python, Locust, Gatling, ClickHouse, Gitlab
